103 Providing money for illegal payments

A person who knowingly provides money—

(a) for a payment that is contrary to this chapter division or the authorising Act for an election; or

(b) to replace money that has been spent in making a payment mentioned in paragraph (a) ;

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
