(1) The property of the Conservatorium of Music that relates to the
Conservatorium of Music (Newcastle branch) is vested in the University of
Newcastle (subject to any trusts or conditions subject to which it was held
immediately before the commencement of this section) to be applied by the
University for the purposes for which the University is established.
(2) The
University of Newcastle has the control and management of land that was under
the control and management of the Conservatorium of Music in relation to the
Conservatorium of Music (Newcastle branch) immediately before the commencement
of this section.
