2.1 Interest up to judgment
after 30 June 2010—Supreme Court
For the Supreme Court, the rate of
interest up to judgment for a period after 30 June 2010 is—
(a) for the period from 1 July to 31
December in a year—the rate that is 4% above the cash rate last
published by the Reserve Bank of Australia before the start of the period; and
(b) for the period from 1 January to
30 June in a year—the rate that is 4% above the cash rate last published
by the Reserve Bank of Australia before the start of the period.

For the Magistrates
Court, the rate of interest up to judgment for a period after 30 June 2010
is—
