MOTOR VEHICLE (THIRD PARTY INSURANCE) ACT 1943 - SECT 19
19 . Commission not to terminate policy
The Commission shall
not terminate a policy of insurance under this Act before its expiry by
effluxion of time, except in cases where the motor vehicle concerned is no
longer required to be insured under this Act.
