WATER ACT 1989 - SECT 230

An application under section 224, 226 or 229 must—

        (a)     be in a form approved by the Authority; and

        (b)     contain any prescribed particulars; and

        (c)     be accompanied by any documents or information required by the Authority; and

        (d)     be accompanied by the fee fixed by the Authority.
