VICTORIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 1998 - SECT 157B
Review of decision of the Tribunal constituted by principal registrar(1) The Tribunal constituted by any member may review a decision made by the Tribunal constituted by the principal registrar.
(2) A review may be conducted under this section at the request of a party or on the Tribunal's own initiative.
(3) A review under this section is to be conducted as a hearing de novo and nothing in Division 3 of Part 3 applies to the review.
