VICTORIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 1998 - SECT 106
Other claims of privilege(1) Except as provided by section 80(3) or 105, a person is excused from answering a question or producing a document in a proceeding if the person could not be compelled to answer the question or produce the document in proceedings in the Supreme Court.
(2) The Tribunal may require a person to produce a document to it for the purpose of determining whether or not it is a document that the Tribunal has power to compel the person to produce.
