(1) Except where otherwise provided, where notice of any
matter is required by the Act or rules, or by any order of the Court, to be
published, the notice shall be published in such newspaper or periodical as
the Court or registrar shall direct.

(2) The Court or registrar may also direct that the notice be
published by email or facsimile, on the internet or by any other electronic
means.
