Interpretation
1.4 Interpretation
(1) In these rules, unless the context or subject matter
otherwise indicates or requires:
"the Act" means the District Court Act 1973 .
(2) In these rules, words and
expressions that are defined in the Civil Procedure Act 2005 or the
Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 have the same meanings as they have in that
Act and those rules.
(4) Notes in the text of these rules do not form part of
these rules.
