PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1898 - SECT 99
Power to administer oaths
99 Power to administer oaths
(1) All district agents may for the purposes of this part-- (a) administer
oaths, and
(b) take declarations and affirmations, and
(c) exercise any
other powers which can be exercised by commissioners of the Court.
(2)
Applicants under this division may be sworn, and may execute all necessary
documents before a commissioner of the Court.
