NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 203FD
Liability of executive officers etc.An executive officer or a member of a representative body is not personally liable to an action or other proceeding for damages in relation to an act done or omitted to be done in good faith:
(a) by the representative body; or
(b) by the person in the capacity of executive officer or member;
in connection with the performance of the representative body's functions
or the exercise of its powers.
