NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 203DH
Effect of withdrawal of recognition(1) A withdrawal of the body's recognition under section 203AH does not affect the undertaking of an inspection and audit, or investigation, under section 203DF.
(2) The fact that the recognition of a body as a representative
body for a particular area ceases to have effect does not affect the
undertaking of an inspection and audit, or investigation, under section
203DF.
