NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 198
Delegation by Registrar to recognised State/Territory body The Registrar may delegate to a recognised State/Territory body
in a State or Territory any or all of his or her powers and duties under this
Part in relation to so much of the Register as relates to land or
waters within the jurisdictional limits of that State or Territory.
