NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 164
Determinations and reports to be in writing(1) Determinations and reports by the Tribunal must be in writing and be given to each of the parties.
(2) If a determination and report relates to a
native title application inquiry, the Tribunal must also give a copy of the
determination and report to Federal Court.
