NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993 - SECT 111

Appointment by Governor - General

  (1)   The members are to be appointed by the Governor - General.

Full - time or part - time appointments

  (2)   A member (other than a Judge or an assessor) must be appointed either as a full - time member or as a part - time member.
