FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 - SECT 90YH
Reversionary interest For the purposes of this Part, a person's interest in an
eligible superannuation plan is a reversionary interest at any time while the
person's entitlement to benefits in respect of the interest is conditional
on the death of another person who is still living.
