AUSTRALIAN HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 1986 - SECT 18
Declarations by Minister Where the Minister is satisfied that a function expressed to be
conferred on the Commission by a State enactment could conveniently be
performed by the Commission, the Minister may, by notice in writing published
in the Gazette , so declare.
